1. Subscription Details

  • The Woodybiz subscription is priced at ₹99 per year.
  • The subscription includes access to digital vCard creation and the What's Store product listing platform.
  • This is a prepaid, non-refundable subscription.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the low-cost digital nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once the payment is successfully processed.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Accidental or duplicate purchases
  • Partial use of the service
  • Change of mind after payment
  • Failure to use the service during the subscription period

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time; however:

  • Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining subscription period.
  • Access to your vCard and What's Store will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle (1 year from the date of purchase).
  • If you do not manually renew your subscription, it will automatically expire.

4. Renewals

  • Renewals are currently manual unless otherwise specified.
  • We may notify you before your subscription is due to expire.

5. Technical Issues or Disputes

If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your services, please contact us within 7 days of the issue occurring. We will investigate and offer assistance or compensation only at our sole discretion.
